Night class.......

I want to cry loh~ not cause i'm sad but cause i'm BORED! I mean seriously, out of ALL the different modules that i've gone through, this module is to me the silliest, well at this moment in time lah hahaha for now we're [Uni Students] learning how to write an essay -_- i know~ we're learning the importance of a title hai~ wah wah wah

Btw this post is super short cause i'm blogging with my phone ;) and also because for Joyce to be able to read this hehehe

Oh oh oh i got what i want for Christmas ;)

a full day....

Now on a very typical day I would be sleeping till maybe 11am or 12pm :) heheheh depending on how lazy I choose to be.......BUT since Yvonne came over to Singapore.....my sleep cycle is totally disrupted, I now have to wake up at 9AM!!! HAHAHHAHAHA like as if the end of the world like that~

So today, I woke up at around 9AM to get ready to meet Von and her Mum up for lunch at 11.30am.....just to find out Vonne didn't want to wake up so early~ so lunch was changed to 12.30pm~ so i feel back asleep and woke up LATE!!!

But due to my many many many expertise in bathing very quick, efficiency in catching a taxi and my ability to walk really fast~ I was able to be at the meeting place at 12.15pm, and it was Vonne who was late -_-" well no surprise there~ hahahahhaha

So I thought we were going to eat at a normal restaurant........instead we had lunch at Mandarin Hotel.....

I know right~

IT WAS SO FUNNY MAN~ So i was early right~ So was waiting at the lobby loh~ felt so underdressed man......hahahahha short jeans and t-shirt (but wasn't that bad lah, Von said i didn't look underdressed, which is a good thing) BUT OMG~ THE ATMOSHPERE there was like so RICH~ hahahahhaha can suffocate of richness man~ HAHAHAHHAh

So we met up, then went to the Chatterbox on the 38th floor, so beautiful the view :) but no pictures :( only Von have.....

Guess what we had......

$22 CHICKEN RICE!!!!

HAHAHAHAH Award Winning again~ hahahahhaha It was so funny, cause Aunt Needa ordered something else a Club Sandwich Combo, so she had a free drink.....which was......tasteless......cause......we didn't add sugar HAHAHAHHAHA we only realised it towards the end of the meal! HAHAHHAHA

So obviously after that, we went Shopping......

Now I'm not allowed to say what Von actually bought, cause she wants to show everything off in Brunei~ already scolded me for the previous post hahahahah but here are just descriptions of just SOME of the things:

• something suade and blue+black from [A]
• something with laces and black so it matches with everything and can be used for casual outings branded [F]
• three pairs of really soft materials, JUST to try on the item mention above [branded N again]
• one item with buttons and is white from [DP]
• 2 items most probably made with 100%cotton of different colours also from [DP]

HAHAHHAHHAHA if you can guess what EVRYTHING is and where they're from I'll give you a $20 Starbucks Voucher man~

Of course Von, you can't guess lah~ HAHAHHAHAH

Then we went looking for:

• something with numbers......and costs like ALOT with the brand [B]

But ended up deciding to buy:

• something that can flash....with costs cheaper than [B] but with brand [C]

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH now all those in like the [ ] means a brand name for instance....

[G] can mean:

• Guess
• Gucci
• Giordano
• Gelatisimo (hahahhahahah)

Don't I have such a wonderfully fun blog~ Got guessing game again~ Now if you do want to guess just take note that Von owns like half of Brunei and only goes for Expensive stuff HAHAHHAAH So in Von's case [G] can only mean Guess or Gucci or pure Gold HAHHAHAHAHA you know I still love you Von~

We did have a lot of fun lah today~ Then I had to go to school! Heheheheh I was like falling asleep man~ Guess the topics discussed today was already in my head! But we did finish very early :) hehehehehe

Tomorrow we're hitting Vivo City.......guess the economy in that area is going to increase :)

But yeah Yvonne has really grown up loh, more mature, knows when not to spend unnecessarily, can go to places alone, yes she has grown up since the LAST time she was in Singapore :') WAKAKAKKAKAKAK

hair extensions.....

Hahahahah no I did not get any~ But Yvonne did~ it was so crazy man, we stayed there for like 30++ minutes on JUST DECIDING if she wants:

• long or short
• straight or curly
• 2 or 3 coulours
• highlights or no higlights

So kesian man the lady who was serving us~ hahahah first Yvonne wanted like 40 strands, then she said

"Eeeeyer too thin, I'm not use to it, can ask to add more?"

So then Added 20 more strands, so thought finally finish already right~ then want highlights......hai~ so added highlights, at two different places, first one was ok....BUT second one......was too random so asked the lady if can cut off then put in another place hahahahah so luckily can lah.....

So thought finally finish already right~ BUT THEN~ too thin again SOOO added another 20 more strands hahahahahah crazy right this girl~ hahaha

the funny thing is, the lady was speaking in chinese so i had to translate like 95% of the time hahahahah A-Star my foot (Yvonne's O'Level Chinese grade) hahahahahah

But it was really fun lah hahahahah i think the lady also has fun loh hahaha Von and I couldn't stop talking about the fact that all the hair extensions were like OTHER PEOPLE'S HAIR!!!! Like um.......what are you suppose to say to that man~ hahah

Von does look very nice with her real long "fake" hair hahahahah.

Now I'm thinking of getting hair extension......highlights lah! A lot of GUYS DO GET HAIR EXTENTION HIGHLIGHTS~ hahahaha only like $1.50 per strand (for the braiding way of putting it on)

I think the way they attach the extension to your hair is quite cool loh~ hahahahaha

Note: When I say like 1 strand or 20 strand or 40 strand I don't mean like 1 HAIR ah~ hahahah use common sense lah~

So yes...maybe I should get them.....hmmmmm.......red and brownish blond.....what do you think~ hahaha

my first day as a uni student....

first of all i would like to say THANK YOU, you as in YOU, the person who's reading this post right now! Hahahahah i'm thanking you because no matter how long-winded my posts are you seem to be able to read it all! Hahahahah so thank you for reading :D hahhahah

Now that's out of the way, JOYCE CHUA EE YING!!! i know it's long wah~ make it seems like my posts are like Science text books like that~ it may be LONG but it is INTERESTING hahahhaha hey we must hang out regularly ah~ and have fun in Brunei during your holiday~

SANDEEP "middle name which i shall not disclose" KAUR!!!!!!!!!! OMG I miss you so much man! Where the heck have you been!!! I've been online almost like 24/7 and i still can't manage to catch you online~ are you ALREADY a successful lawyer who is like SOOOOOOOOOO BUSY until cannot meet up with friends, eh we must meet up online soon~ so we can chat berabis-rabis for like hours hahahahah~ and the suck up~ you read about it ;) hahahha

So now my first day as a Uni student......first of all.....

I LOVE MY SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not saying that just because.....but I'm saying that cause it's true! I mean seriously, here's like just SOME of the reasons why i love the school :)

• GOT ELEVATOR in the school!!! Hahahahha I know very sakai lah~ but the great thing about the elevator, is that it's one of those high class one. got mirrors inside again, so can constantly check your hair HAHHAHAHAHA
• the Canteen sells cheap food :) hahahahahah well this isn't such a WOW factor lah, cause canteens in other Campuses also sell cheap food, but i love My canteen.....compared to *ahem* *ahem* other canteens that i had to live with for like my Secondary and College years.....if you know what i mean ;) hahahhaha
• TOILETS OMG THE TOILETS!!!! They're SO CLEAN!!!!! I mean CLEAN MAN!!! You can eat off the floor, NOT that it's advisable cause that's just gross, but the toilet is so wonderfully clean! They actually have a post that says something like "for comfort/cleaniness/something along that line lah we clean and stock the toilet once every hour" hhahhahaha i mean with just the toilets, i give the school 7 out of 10 already hahahahaha
• WIFI!!! of course must mention about the Wifi right~ and it's like Super fast! And why wouldn't it be....it's Singapore....how i love it here~
• WATER DISPENSERS!! for those of you who have known me for quite some time, you know this is like a PLUS point in my book~ they're located on every floor! hahahahaha
• There's a direct bus that travels from my apartment directly to school :) i mean now that's AWESOME!!!

So yes~ those are just some of my favourite things about school :) i mean of course got so much more facilities lah, like the cool library lah (which is close for stock taking at the moment so no other comments there), the gym lah, tennis courts and other courts, and cause there's no swimming pool we get like free passes to the Queenstown Swimming Pool :D hahahah not that i am going to use that anytime soon....OH OH OH OH this is so like FUNNY!!! So like the campus has like diffrent blocks~

So Block A lah, Block B and so on..... they name the blocks after famous like people for instance:

Block A : Aristotle

Block B : Bell (as in Alexander Graham Bell well at least i think that's how you spell his name)

Block C : Confucius

heheheheh so funny right~ the life sciences block is like Block G : Galileo

So yes now the first lecture i had was so interesting~ i mean it's cause i love biology, so i was kinda engrossed in the whole lecture, although it was like cell theory, differences between eukaryotesand prokaryotes, different types of microscopy like light, phase shifts, X-ray Crystallography and so on.....i sound so smart right~ hahahahahaah but it was really just so interesting!

Heheheh and and and my lecturer for this module in Cell Biology hehee you're never going to believe this, she reminds me of SANDEEP!!! HEHEHEHEHEHEH I'm so serious man! Whenever she like pauses and stops to see if anyone has any questions, she opens her eyes like OPEN and purses her lips HAHAHAHHA and the whole time i was like, so Sandeep man~ AHAHHAHAHAHA. I do love my lecturer lah, she's actually working in her field as a reaseacher or something and teaching is just her part time....can you believe it~ i mean WOW man~ plus she's not like those who teach half way half way one, she's like a really good lecturer! Which i love :D

so yesterday~ even before anything started i already stood out as a teacher's pet hahahaha so the administrative staff wanted the class to appoint a class representative right~ and no one volunteered sooooooooo.....i DID HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA but everyone seems to go to this guys called Larry i think~ cause most of them were like classmates from the foundation year before, and he was like the go-to guy.....i'll show him the power of go-to~ HAHAHAHAHAHAH

So about the person who seemingly was a bigger suck-up then i was, did not really stand out yesterday....she was really quite.....so i guess no competition there anymore HAHAHAHAHAHHA i'm crazy, why do you even bother reading these things hahahahah

Oh did i mention, my classes are like night classes ;) so tonight will be another lesson with a different lecturer! WEHEEEEEE can't wait!

Oh i forgot to mention, yesterday morning i got my medical report~and this is what it says:

• No actice lung lession is visible
• normal heart size is noted (HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH)
• Non-active to HIV test

SO YIPEE I do not have HIV or TB HAHAHAH i seriuously do not know why i think it's funny i very sakai wah~ never had like a medical check-up before, as in TB testing and HIV testing lah....but the happiest thing is I HAVE A NORMAL HEART!!! Hahahahha i always think that my heart is too small like that! Cause they say your heart size is like the size of your closed fist, so when i do that right, it seems so small compared to my body hahahahahah but nothing to worry about there heheheheh

Also on the medical report it read:

"this is computer generated report"

HAHAHAHAHAHAH no seriously man~ you can't get anymore Singaporean than this HAHAHA

today....

So today~ my school admin asked me to go to the campus to like collect my student pass and pay my first installment, and i was like FINALLY man~ hahahah then when i reach~ they told me i needed to go for.......



MEDICAL CHECK-UP!!!! :O i know right~



But before any of that~ Ting wanted to go IKEA to have like BREAKFAST!!! And she wanted to meet at Ikea at like 9AM like NINE IN THE MORN!!!!



Well of course i voiced out my concern lah! I mean NINE IN THE MORNING MAN!!!! That's like the time when i JUST wake up~ hhahahaha but obviously we both dilly dawdle here and there so we only like reach Ikea at like 10.17am hahahahahahhaha



Ikea was great lah! I mean why wouldn't it be~ and i got:

• POTATO PEELER


• CHOPPING BOARD

Hahahahah only those two, but they were MANDATORY man~ hahahahahah so yes, back to medical check-up story.....

So cause i thought Ting would be like waiting for me till like forever~ so i rushed loh~ and the whole time i was rushing~ i was telling myself, "remember to bring passport and also USB cable (for Ting's camera)" BUT THEN~ i forgot -_-"

So the USB Cable was ok lah~ Ting brought "her" memory card reader, so like after Ikea we went our seperate ways......THIS IS WHERE THE STORY BEGINS hahahahahahahah

Long winded ain't i~

So i finally reached school~ then the receptionist say the person not in, out to lunch so i had to wait for like 1hour there -_-" but it's ok, i had my DS heheheheheheheh :D

Then the person came and told me that i needed to go for a medical check-up, and i was like "uh.....sure.......ok...." hahahahahah So i asked her lah, "do i need my passport?"

And she said "IC will do" so ok~ loh~ I didn't bother going back home to get my passport, so i took my time to go to the medical centre to have my check-up. Since it was my FIRST time~ i decided to take the bus from the MRT station, and so silly~ it was only ONE STOP AWAY, but that's not the stupid part, the building was like right INFRONT of the MRT station.........

I was like -_-" hai~ wasting 71cents hahahahahahah

So then i was waiting for my turn~ and i noticed that there are apparently a lot of Filipinos hahahaha so anyways it was finally my turn~ then the receptionist said that i NEEDED my passport 0_O"

So it was like 3.38pm already, clinic closes at like 5pm and LAST PATIENT TAKEN will be at like 4.45pm!!

So i was like mental man~ rush backed home to get my passport, then rush backed to the clinic~ reached by like 4.30pm! Not bad right~ hahahahahah i mean given that it was during peak hours so got like not only HUMAN JAM but also TRAFFIC JAM~ but i made it!

Hahahahah so i finally could have like my medical check-up and it was CRAZY MAN~ so efficient! I mean they'll give you a number right~ then after each and every part was done they'll send you to another room! So like got a screen telling you which room to go to one for example:

• the screen will flash your number to tell you to go to like room 14 for maybe blood test then when you finish,


• you go to the lobby area then your number flashes to tell you to go to another room, for example room 5 for like x-ray, then when you finish,


• you go to the lobby again to see your flashing number to go to ANOTHER room~

Hahahahhaah cool right~

So it was like that lah for me, blood test first! I was scared man~ the needle so LONG and they took like maybe 10ml of my blood!!! Hhahahahah i mean my PRECIOUS PRECIOUS BLOOD!!! Hahahahahah

So that blood taking room, overlooks the MRT station, once i entered the doctor was like, "i saw you running just a moment ago", and i was like so embarrassed man~ i mean talk about first impressions man~ hahahah not yet finish you know, the doctor entered my particulars as FEMALE! I was like "um doctor did you enter my particulars as female" and she was like "aiyoh, really ah, so sorry, i'm just really tired now" I think it's my hair man~ need to get it cut soon~ hahahahahah BUT I DO NOT LOOK LIKE A GIRL OK~ even my name BERNARD it sounds so MANLY!!!! Hahahahahahhahahah

1.....2......3.....YES!!!!! (only some will get this part hahahah)

Then went to take like x-ray, heheheh so malu, must remove shirt hahahahahahah then after it wa s done, i went out and like everyone disappeared~ hahahah i was like "huh~" so i just went to the lobby again loh.

FINALLY went to the consultation office to take my blood pressure, and mental man~ i think cause i was rushing lah, my blood pressure was like 210/92 the first time! Hahahahah the doctor kept asking me to relax, she took my blood pressure like 4 times, and she keeps saying, "haiyah too high" hahahahhah so finally right it dropped all the way down to like 138/76 hahahahahah with a pulse of 81, so unhealthy man~ my pulse that is~ must exercise more~ hahaha

then i had to wait for another consultation some more, so i thought the doctor will ask me like loads of question or something right~ but sekali, all he did was ask me to breathe in and out then he just use his Stethoscope to check my breathing~ hahahahaha that's all man~

WHEW~ i thought got like urine sample lah, stool sample lah, vaccinations lah~ hahahahah cause all my friends in Brunei who were going oversees to study had to do SO MANY THINGS hahahahah so compared to them........hahahaha

SO YIPEE SCHOOL'S STARTING!!!!! Can't wait can't wait!!!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEE~

I know i was going to like post about my 3 hours of house cleaning episode, but heheheheheh comp broke down..........

I'm just like so excited that it's already December!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~ and that's not all!!! I'm FINALLY GOING TO START MY SCHOOL SEMESTER!!!!

Hahahahah i know it's like weird.....i mean everyone's having like their holidays at this time, but I'm just about to START!!! Hahahahah but it's cool it's cool~ hahahahaha (Chris Kang style :P ) hahahahahha

I just can't WAIT for school to start man!!!! I mean 3 months of BREAK~ i need like NEED HOMEWORK!!!! Hahahahha i need like NEED TO OVERACHIEVE just another word to describe me being a "pengampu~" HAHAHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHA that's what i do best~

Crazy aren't I~ But there's a bigger suck up than me :( hahahahahaha but we shall see who's going to win in the end~ HAHAHAHAHAHAH

So yes, December~ so many things are going to happen and so many things have happened!

Things that have happened:

• ASIA CONFERENCE 08!!! OMG IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! So impactful!!! I mean 20,000+++ people!!! What more it's like the FIRST of it's kind!! Awesome ain't it~ so if you're curious you better turn up in 2010!!! I mean WOW WOW WOW!!!!
• Jeremy's Birthday at New York New York! Hahahahah so cool lah~ everyone was wearing the Mr.Men and Little Miss t-shirts~ hahahahh we also wore party hats in a RESTAURANT!!! Hahahahahah had so much FUN!!!! Tyler REMEMBERS ME!!!! Wakakakkakaa
• Orientation day in school, and it's just your normal orientation day -_-" you can guess how it was :) hehehehehe

Things that are GOING to happen:

• Von's coming over to Singapore.....meaning Singapore's economy will be rising up~ HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAH
• CHRISTMAS DAY WOOT WOOT~ Service! Drama production! Cell group!!! WOOT WOOT~
• NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!!!!!!!!

Of course got so much more lah~ but that's all i can remember at this moment hahahaha

So yes~ there's not much that has happened since~ well got lah~ but i'm like too lazy to type down every single detail hahahahaha

OH OH OH OH I DID COOK BAKED RICE with an ELECTRIC STOVE!!!! PRO right~ hahahahah

Since in Singapore there's like a lot of things that i want to get ;) hahahahah well not so much want lah, but NEED!!! Hahahahahahah for instance:

• laptop fan cooler thingi
• bolster
• LOADS of plastic containers of various sizes
• OVEN!!!!
• Stationery
• small cupboard
• bed sheets and so forth
• A DIGICAM!!! hahahahahah

Hahahahahah i know they're not like necessities, but can you believe it, i'm in SINGAPORE and i don't have a Digicam to take pictures :( hahahah BUT i'm working on a plan to get the Samsung Digicam from home >:) Muahahahahahahha!!!

So i guess that's it for now~ hahahahahah i know this post is like all over the place but hey~ only this post right~ hahahaha

I actually also spent close to THREE like 3 HOURS cleaning my apartment, but that's for tomorrow's post, today i'm too tired to type any more, well actually i'm not, but i AM too tired to be extravagant~ hahahahahah so till tomorrow~

So as most of you will know by now, i'm in Singapore :D heheheheh so yesterday went for my first CHC service in 2 months! Man 2 months is a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time.......so yes, service was AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Went for the pre-service prayer meeting and :D hehehehehhe how i missed my church!!

And got to meet up with my CG!!!!!!!!!!! Heheheheheh Darryl was there, KS, Jonathan, Gabriel, Vanessa, Esther, Mei Ling, Shea Ning, Pearly and Georgina! HEHEHEHEH SO HAPPY TO SEE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

We had Rev. Dr. Ed Silvoso and it was AMAZING!!!!! I learned so many things in just 2 hours! He was a funny guy hahahahahah the one thing that i caught was how he kept repeating of us being Pastors of whatever we are responsible for at this moment! I mean we don't necessarily have to be like the top of the top, then only can we bring about transformation. But in whatever positions that we may hold as of this moment, because of the authority that we have in Jesus name, we can bring about a significant change!!!

Of course this does not give us the excuse of not wanting to become the top anymore! Far from it, we should always achieve to be on the top, but this actually tells us that we shouldn't WAIT until we're on top, and then only then do we do something about it!

then today went for my first CG in a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time it was GREAT!!!! It was a combined CG and i got to meet up with Jian Wei again hahahahahha so funny man, he was asking me if he looked buffer HEHEHEHEHHEHEHEH so cute lah! Hahahahahahah but he did lah! HUGE BICEPS!!!! Cannot mess with him man~ hahahahahaha

Also got to see Yi Quan again!!! Hahahahah he's so hilarious man!!!! We were like saying how much weight he and i have lost hahahahahah so funny! I was like saying he lost so much weight, and he said "No lah, you're the one who lost so much weight, until you're eyes become smaller, so i look smaller to you!" HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA SO FUNNY MAN!!!! Hahahahahahah

So yes it was great to see my CG again :D :D :D :D :D :D :D can't wait to see everyone else!!! So MJ shared in today's CG and it was so powerful! Really learned alot from him today! Such faith and anointing!

What touched me the most was how MJ said that in Psalms 23:4 that "Even when i WALK through........"

I was like WOW!!! Hahahahah i know it's something simple, but think about it, King David doesn't say run or jog or struggle or crawl or any other verb for that matter, he used the verb

WALK

So i looked it up and the word "walk" has like over 40 meanings relating to it directly or indirectly hahahahaha but i like this definition:

HAHAHAHHAHA i'm KIDDING!!!!! The definition that i like is:

heheheheheh, back in Singapore that is~ hahahahah recently posted on my facebook status that i'm back home.....and people asked me, home as in where?

HOME AS IN SINGAPORE!!!!!!

Patriotic aren't i~ in case you didn't know, Red and White are Singapore's Colours hahahahah :)

SO i've settled in!

Staying at the SAME student hostel,

in the SAME apartment with no Air con,

BUT with DIFFERENT roommates,

who by the way are....................

CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they clean EVERYTHING!!!! heheheheheh so happy!!!!

But i'll be moving out to another apartment, hahahahahahah but but but the good thing is, there's AIR CON!!!! Hahahahahahah cause it's only $30 a month more expensive, my mum said if i want to i can, it's totally up to me......

So i was actually deciding...........other people would've immediatly said YES, but i didn't really want to cause it's $30 more expensive, but i really didn't want to because i FINALLY have CLEAN ROOMMATES!!!!! Hahahahahah

So just now went to see the hostel staff to inquire if i could have a look see at the air con room (too see how clean the tenants are~).....and to my dismay i wasn't allowed to :(

But using my amazing brain powers hehehehehehhe and the extraordinary spying abilities that i own i went to check out the air con room i would be getting :) hahahahah well actually it was easy :) hahahah

just went to see which room i was going to get IF i moved, then went to the room and made nice with the tenants of that room. and the tenants there are.......................

CLEAN TOO!!!!

Hahahahahah so it's definite.......i'm MOVING!!!!!!

LOVING SINGAPORE!!!!!

So excited, Asia Conference 08 is coming up! School will be starting soon, and i'm going to spend CHRISTMAS in SINGAPORE!!!! Wheeeeeee~

Can't believe it's nearly Christmas already, i still remember my last Christmas post!

So Singapore Life...........i'm READY!!!!!! Cause i've got my Jesus with me! :D
