Hey all!! Am glad to be back to blogging after 17 long days!! In just 18 hours I'll be flying off, leaving Brunei for months :(
For some reason this trip is making me more home sick than ever! I really can't wait to be back in Singapore, but I guess I really just want to have more time, just a few more days with my family and friends here!
And I've done ALOT in just 17 days! I've did so much that I've lost 3KGs! Hahaha amazing isn't it~ losing weight even when I'm eating like a monster here in Brunei ;)
I am ^^ to see that you are still coming to my blog despite it being dead for a little while but it's up and running once again :) I've been more "alive" in a sense in Facebook :) hahaha in Joshua's own words "I've been very happening in Facebook" in regards to me uploading multitudes of pictures at one go~
Oh yes as usual:
WARNING : this post will be extremely long...even if it's going to be in point form (in just a few more lines) it'll still be a long post! So friends who either are faint-hearted / have the attention span of a....you fill in the blank yourself / are just too lazy to bother to read EVERYTHING....it's ok~ you're forgiven hahahaha
So yes~ I've been busy busy busy! Spending time with my family, meeting up with my friends, going places...in Brunei -_- hahaha helping out wherever I can in Church, eating...oh the eating, cooking, playing board games till daylight~ just ALOT of things! I am definitely going to miss my family and friends who are all here in Brunei at the moment, but at the same time I really can't wait to be back in SINGAPORE!!!
ALOT of exciting things are going to happen in Singapore! I can't wait to be back and to just be a part of EVERYTHING!!! Really miss CHC so much! Miss my cell group W372!!! Miss all of my CG members!! My CG Leader Darryl!! Just everyone!!! I even miss school! hahaha oh shutup~ I can be a nerd if I want to ok~
So I really really can't wait to be back in Singapore! But yes as I keep mentioning I've been super busy busy busy hahaha and this is what I've been up to, until I didn't have time to blog each and everyday:
- Von's surprise farewell and packing day....it really took up an entire day! The packing was CRAZY~~~~ also had a mini "photoshoot" -_-
- Von's airport send off....took up like 4 hours heheheh
- cut my extremely long hair and dyed it brown and red ^^ am SO HAPPY with the outcome!
- Sent sister to school every morning!
- And after sending her to school would go Tasek to go jog/hash/hike :D
- Had sleepovers one at Shaun's place, one at Richmond's place and two at my place!
- At Shaun's stayed up till like 6PLUS IN THE MORNING playing MONOPOLY!!! Idiot~
- At Richmond's place stayed up will like 7PLUS IN THE MORNING playing DOTA/HERO SIEGE heheheh was really satisfied after that!
- At my place stayed up only till 3 in the morning ^^ that's how it's suppose to be, playing monopoly hahaha
- Also at my place had a great time just talking and sharing :)
- Had countless board games night at various venues~ Monopoly, CLUEDO, MAD game, Pictionary and the Game of Life.....not much of a night life in Brunei you see~ hahaha
- Dinners/Suppers with my family ^^ had SO MUCH FOOD ALL THE TIME!!! Felt like I was about to explode everytime after dinner with my family!
- Went with Richmond for two days for his Medical checkup thingi -_- him and his stupid skin test -_-
- MADE KAYA with my GRANDMA!!! ^^ turned out GREAT!! it's so addictive that you might get diabetes if you don't control yourself >:}
- Cooked dinner for my family and relatives :D prepared Duck for the first time! Also had grilled pork with italian herbs, deep fried kailan, clam chowder with garlic bread and for dessert a heavenly Mango Icebox Cake thingi (seriously don't ask me what it's called)
- Watched 3 movies in the cinema on 3 separate occasions: Ice Age 3, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and THE PROPOSAL :D
- Watched only ONE movie at home hahahah Knocked Up! Funny funny funny~
- Helped out in the AFC Talentine...was an experience to be remembered.
- Because of Brunei water pimples started popping out all over my face BUT was able to buy facial products FOR A REASON in FaceShop!! wonderful wonderful ^^ using it once a week :)
- Got to play with my 2 dogs and Benny's dog....a total of three dogs....Benny's dog is totally gay! HE tried to hump MY DOG....the MALE one -_- I wonder if the saying "Pets are like their owners" applies in this situation HAHAHAHAH
- Ate like a monster!!! But still lost weight :D hehehehe 3kgs I lost!
- Met up with countless number of people!!
- WOKE UP AT 5.30am!!! Just to DRIVE to my aunty's place to celebrate her Birthday!!!! Like mental!!!
- At one point during my "break" in Brunei I was so tired....I went over to Jason Tew's house to pick Bridgette up....went into his room...went to his bed...covered myself with his blanket and slept for 2 hours......hahaha poor Bridgette hahaha
- DROVE DROVE DROVE DROVE DROVE all over!!! :D :D :D :D it's was SOOOOOOOOOO good to drive all around :D
- went last minute shopping :) bought LOADS of stuff for Singapore :)
- packed and packed and packed too much stuff...until I had an EXTRA luggage that I needed to pass to Steph to help me bring from Brunei to Singapore :D hahaha
- And now here I am just Blogging :D
OK as of now I can't exactly remember EVERYTHING that I've done in Brunei~ cause there is just SO MUCH things that I did~ plus certain points have alot of sub-points such as:
Sub-Point 1:
the lunches/dinners with my family:
- Fun Wok Hong Kong Restaurant
- The new Dim Sum place next to Thiam Hock
- Shabu Shabu....yes...that's the name of the restaurant
- Twice at T.K Seafood Restaurant
- Twice at Sing You Me :)
- No.8 restaurant....if that's what you call it...hahaha
So that's like....8 days already~ hahahahah and also the dinner that I cooked at home for my family lah :D
Sub-Point 2:
the outing with friends:
- breakfast at Jing Chew with Bev and Steph
- Dinner at New Escapade Sushi at Kiulap with Steph and Jel
- Breakfast at Teo Poi Hoon with Miss Pushpa, Jel, Javon, Alex Lim, Diana and Steph
- Dinner with Hui Na, Yoke Gie, Shu Yee and Diana at Kimchi
- Snacking at Jolibee with Diana, Angel and Joshua C. Laplap
- Lunch with Andrea, Pui Lim, Diana and Wee Hong at NetZone Cafe Des Sii and Bev joined us later -_- we were suppose to have lunch at La Mee....but APPARENTLY Net Zone and La Mee "looks alike" -_- hahahahahah
- Lunch for ALex's Bday at Capers ^^ of course with Alex Chua, Joyce, Des Lim, Diana, Wan Shing, Feuna and Pui Lim.
- T.K Seafood Muara with a WHOLE bunch of people!!! An entire HuHa broke out -_-
- Sing You Me with a whole bunch of people!!!
- Steamboat / bbq thing at Derek's place with a whole bunch of people Sean Lim was there :D it's was great catching up with an ol'pal!!! :D
- countless board games nights at various parts of Brunei -_- hahahah
- Coffee Zone with Jerold :)
- Driving around just round and round with Paul :D
- Ayamku with Paul, Diana and Steph
- Had quite a few one on one time with Shaun hahahah hilarious like anything~
- Got to really catch up with Alex Lim when he came over my place just to chill :)
- For a moment got to meet up with Angeline Wee at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf plus met up with her again at SG!!! ^^ miss her!!! She's the NICEST person I've ever met :D :D
I THINK that's it.....hahahah too many events you see~

the food:
- AYAMKU FRIED AYAM TONKENG!!!!!! Basically Fried Chicken BUTT!!!!! Had like $5 worth :D :D :D :D

- The Char Kuey Teow place...um Jia Chee parents shop...HAHAHAH the one um....the one located opposite Menglait....near Jing Chew....by the river one HAHAHHAHA
- NASI KATOK!!!!
- SAS fries!!! Not as good anymore though~
- No.8 Kuey Teow Tng :) didn't get to have the Bak Kut Teh though
- OMG IDEAL!!! I spent on my own likw $17+ which is like Half a Chinken...Garlic Rice....Chicken Tatrazine....and Sour Cream fries....how i lost 3Kgs...I also don't know...
- ButterMilk Chicken ^^ in your face San HAHAHAHHAHAH
- Honey Garlic Pizza :)
- My Maid's pork belly thingy...like got chilli and things one!!! It's spicy and sour LIKE IT'S SO GOOOOOOD~~
- My aunt's cooking :) plus! Steamboat at her place too!!
- AND OMG SATAY Rabbit and Ostrich one!!! Hhahahaha plus Udang thingi....um....with rice one...HAHAHAH can't believe I forgot what it's called....um.....CRUD!!! I really can't remember....it's not Ketupat....um.....WTH how is it possible i can't remember....pls SOMEONE remind me!!!

- Also ALEX'S DIFFERENT CAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 different types one!! One of which got WHITE CHOCOLATE!! Another has RASPBERRY!! ANd the all too famous OPERA COFFEE!!!! *RAWR* And also the 5 LAYER CHOC CAKE FROM LE'APPLE!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
- Of course MEE GORENG!!! Hahahahahahahhaah
I really don't know how I lost 3kgs after eating so much in such a short period of time...these are but a FEW of the things that I've eaten while I was in Brunei...it's not that I can't find them in Singapore...although some you really cannot find in Singapore loh~ like the CHICKEN BUTT hahahahaha....but sometimes food from your hometown just tastes better :) but Singapore food is still the BOMB!!! :D hahahahahah
HEhehehe so I think that's about the only things that I got to do when I was back in Brunei :) most of the time I just satyed home and just spent time with my family! Got to play with my little baby cousin Jaylene and my little nephew Aldrian! Omg how they've grown! Got to spend time with my Grandma too and just loving her dearly :) really really really just love her so much!
And of course my siblings....although Benny's always out...cause he can drive already....I still love him :D and Bridgette no need to say lah~ see her everyday for 17days~ HAHAHAHAH already memorize the number of moles she has on her face~ HAHAHAHHAAH and of course my LOVING PARENTS!!!! They give me anything I want loh~ hahahaha love them MUCH MUCH and DEEP DEEP!!!!
Will definitely miss them when I am in Singapore! But of course I can't wait to be back in Singapore! Loads to do! Loads to do! Can't wait to go to church at City Harvest! We'll be 20 years old soon!! :D :D :D and CELL GROUP!!!! W372!!!!!!!!!! Oh how I miss them so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 17 days is too long to be away from W372!!! The weeks are just not the same without them!!!!
So till we meet again in Singapore!!
